I have wiped only cache from 1.0.9, and it seems to work fine by now.
Where is 1.1.1 A2SD version? Multiupload offers 1.1.0

Which cache did you wipe coming from 1.0.9 in Recovery? \cache or Dalvik-Cache (or both?)? I've installed 1.1.10 and would like to update to 1.1.11 too but only if no full wipe is needed and I'm a bit lost between this two cache-wiping-alternatives. Thanks for your help.

Updated from 1.1.0 to 1.1.1 with two wipes, no problems so far. Everything seems to be much smoother and faster. Great ROM

You should always do a full backup before flashing a new ROM.
It should work with no full wipe. But noone will give you warranty ;)

Ofcourse I will backup everything, but it is pain in the ass restoring everything back if this update delete all my settings and contacts.

ROM fluid and well optimized for the Desire. There's just htc sync does not work, the program opens and closes on Windows

Just annoyed because I'm still getting constant WiFi disconnects that I wasn't getting on my stock firmware :(
with the wifi N patch my wifi doesnt work
Wifi is not working correctly when mobile network is enabled. It is very stable running alone, but with mobile newtwork it disconnects very frequently. The wifi patch doesn't work absolutly. It gives WIFI error directly without do anything.

That's weird. I got no problems. Neither with WiFi nor with mobile network + WiFi.
I have two desires with the wifi problem in both 1.0.9 and 1.1.1, but my brother has another one and seems to have no problem.
I did the flash, and did a reboot happily. However my heart almost stopped after 5mins. It didnt start up. Forever on the HTC logo. Please kindly advise. Thanks.

everytime i install this, the screen is just shows the wallpaper and no lockscreen :( what should i do?

Anyway, the problem with not showing lock screen is, maybe, in partitioning SD card, and not enough memory to finish booting the system,...

One issue I am facing now is the battery drain on account of dialer app. Its pretty rapid drain from 100% to 30% overnight. Any solutions to this problem?

Very beautifull rom, I really liked it, but after installing 50% of my regular apps even with A2SD forced for everything, I just got 30mo of memory left .. so .. sorry Insert Coin, you are far more gorgeous than Cyanogen but .. Sense 3 thingy are too big indeed :(

try using another partition table via alpharev.nl and all your space issues will be gone.

@Eikos - You probably flashed wrong ROM version. If you have Stock HBOOT install A2SD ROM version, or if you have CM7 HBOOT install CM7 ROM version.
I have Stock HBOOT, installed 37 apps and still have 95 MB left.
Finally I found my best rom for desire. Have been using it since version 1.0.8. Smooth and much much elegant than stock rom. But I have one small problem. While playing music if someone calls then music stops to play which is normal but when call is ended music should automatically resume which it doesn't.
well I had a CM7 HBOOT and installed the CM7 Rom, and the first thing I had to do was to install A2SD in order to force all the app to go to the SD.
I installed Insert coin after a full wipe of CM7 so .. I don't know what went wrong :(

Absolutely love it! Very fast, much moreso than stock. Using the stock HBOOT and clockworkmod, wasn't too bad when installing.
Used the gparted live CD to partition my Class 6 MicroSD with 6.5GB Fat32 and 1GB EXT4.
However I did have a small problem - I installed the ROM after clearing user data, cache and dalvik, it appeared to complete but had only a wallpaper and very few apps (settings was missing among a few others). Turning the screen off and on was possible but no lockscreen :(
So I wiped cache again and installed it, then waited about two minutes before inputting my SIM lock code. Voila! HTC setup app started and it's working great! For the record this happened with 1.0.9 as well as this 1.1.1 release on HTC Desire.
Update to my above post...had everything set up and configured, then plugged the phone in via USB to my laptop to copy over a file. SD card became unreadable, and since all the system apps were moved to it, the phone unusable. Seems the card is dead. I don't blame the ROM though.
I've since bought a new card and installed AceSMod007 to see what that's like.

flashing the sense 2.1 lockscreen (CM7 Version) on 1.1.1 does not work as it did on 1.1.0, you dont get caller id or pic of caller, and then you have to dragdown the screen to unlock and still press answer or decline.
Is it possible to post a new version of the 2.1 lockscreen in the addons?
in this version i have still problem with camera:
when i turn on camera and dont touch flashlight settings, then all is ok
when i turn camera and change setings of flashlight, then sometimes pictures are brocken (1-1,5cm bright strip on the right side of picture is out of color and sometimes moved vertcaly)
at this same time when broken picures are (past form of take) i have also problem with flashlight - it flash too early (or camera is late with shot of a picture)
